Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The information that is learned can also help with future problems in life.

    Course highlights:

There was a unit where we learned about banking and what interest plans are best.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If teachers offer office hours, it is best to go to them because they will come in handy. Some units will be hard and you will not fully understand if you do not ask for help. There is no shame in asking for help/

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a good experience overall. This class was a good preparation class for AP Calculus. This class was well explained and a lot of help and advice was offered.

    Course highlights:

In a way, this class gave me information that I could use for the future. I learned about bank interest when it comes to money and how to calculate it. I also learned about what type of interest plan is best, I learned to differentiate between options. Additionally, I learned about limits, which was something that was never really covered, therefore it was fun and useful for future classes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If the teachers offer office hours, it's best to go to them because there will be some parts that are confusing and difficult. When there is something you don't understand in that moment, take the time to ask the teacher for clarification, there is no shame in that because it is for your benefit.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the most challenging classes I've taken but learned so much from it. Studying is a must in this class or you won't survive.

    Course highlights:

Our teacher constantly pushing us to do better was the best part. I learned to try harder because of this course. At times I would think the content was too hard, but with her help, I was able to get an A in the class. I definitely managed to finally conquer a word problem without looking back.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

DON'T GIVE UP! At times the content is really confusing but seek help and you'll eventually get it.
