    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Becky is very good at developing one's writing skills, but sometimes it is hard to know exactly what she is looking for in an assignment.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was getting to know my classmates and develop my writing to a much higher-level.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are ready to read and discuss various articles and pieces!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This professor is by far the best professor for English. I was challenged in reading and critical thinking. The class engaged in weekly discussion of values.

    Course highlights:

I read books and poetries investigating how subcultures responded to and transformed mainstream culture in the US.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Come to the class with an open mind and engage in weekly discussions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class if you are interested in Philosophy. There are some difficult readings but the overall message of the course is very interesting. Professor Lowe is very knowledgeable and passionate. She is a little goofy but overall I enjoyed being in this course.

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater understanding of beauty. I learned things about beauty that I had no idea existed, which was strange to me because I didn't really think there was much to it besides admiring something. This class makes you think in ways that you most likely haven't before which is a great experience to have.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Going into this course expecting it to be philosophical will help. When I took this course it was simply called 'Beauty and Justice' but the name is being changed to include the word philosophy. Don't take this class if you simply want an easy FTS. This class takes work and effort.
