Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because of the manageable workload and organized nature of the course. Monica is a great professor who gives thoughtful advice and critique. She grades in a timely manner and motivates you to become the best writer you can be,

    Course highlights:

I took a break from writing in English for about two years because I lived abroad. After my two year hiatus, this course was the first English class I had taken. Monica made my transition back into writing in English much easier.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't forget to read the syllabus, and never forget to post in online discussions. Also remember deadlines on replies on forums as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it wasn't your typical English course. Instead of making us write endless essays we had more class discussions and we actually learned how to write a proper essay. We learned a lot of the components of an essay, and special tips to make it better. He taught us about rhetoric and how to apply it to our essays. Discussions helped because instead of trying to figure it out by ourselves we interacted with one another, and we gave each other ideas on how to better our writting

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about rhetoric. I especially liked this because it made me feel more intellectual, and I know I can apply what I learned to future assignments. He also used advanced vocabulary, which I wrote down and later looked up. This really helps to expand your vocabulary.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be an active listener and an active participant in class discussions. This is how you will learn and be able to better yourself as a writer.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I will recommend this because of the teacher enthuasiasm she wanted all her students to succeed so when you enter her class you will be one of them.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I should also become a teacher like her who provides feedback from her students and loves teaching.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Please just listen to what she says and donot leave anything the thing she expects from you is attention in class.
