    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend a student take this class because this course opened my eyes to many aspects of history i would have never learned in an ordinary history class. It was very work intensive , however, it was well worth it. It not only helped me learn a great deal of history it helped me get more prepared with my college career. We had to think very deep and write about ideologies of various philosophers. It was an amazing class to be in and I greatly enjoied it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were when we learned about ideologies such as existentialism. That was the most interesting belief to me and we read a book entitled, Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. the idea was very different but very understandable. The book was very interesting and was my favorite read.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

A student interested in that course should go with an open mind. They should also stay very positive because it is extremely difficult. they should also work really hard. Mr. Murphy gives a lot of work but it is all worth it in the long run.
