    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are interested in challenging yourself and love learning about History then i would suggest this class. Although it is an AP course, if you are willing the to put the time and effort into learning and studying then you will have no problem. I came from a regular class instead of honors or Ap and i did struggle a little during my first semester. During my second I studied more and went to tutoring and progressed so much. This class is super interesting and i would suggest this class 100%. Don't let the fact that it is an AP class stop you from taking this course. Challenge yourself!

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this class was the second semester. I say this because it was history that was more recent and i could understand and remember it a little better than first semester. iDuring the second semester we had more projects and we finished the entire frame of history to Obama. I learned everything from the ice age up until the election of Obama which is very impressive if you think of it. My teacher Mr.King was able to explain everything main events during this time with detail and captivating us as he would talk. He was the type of teacher who would make you start to love history by the way he explained it. I would say that the whole second semester was my highlight of the year!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study!Study!Study! I could not stress this enough. When you receive notes back look over them before you attend your next class. Watch crash course to understand the content better, attend tutoring sessions or even stop by after class to ask the teacher to explain an event a little better. If you put the time and effort into this course you will succeed.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would reccomend It because students get well-crafted and detailed information about their home country. This course will most likely answer all your curiosities about the US.

    Course highlights:

A major highlight would be the rich history of the US in the World Wars. I learned how the United States went through many developments into becoming a major World power.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When it comes to deadlines, think ahead. Get head starts to the projects; they are time consuming. If you procrastinate, don't get surprised if that grade isn't what you wanted.
