    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because you shave off time when doing your basics your freshman year of college during your first semester. You save money if you take it with South Texas College during your high school years, which is why I decided to take this class my second semester of junior year.

    Course highlights:

My professor was the best I could have had. She was so dedicated to her job of teaching us everything we needed to gain from this English 1302 class. She pushed me to my limits to try my very best in my essays. I learned how to develop my ideas and elaborate without inserting unnecessary details.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, the one thing you should never do is procrastinate. That is not an option at all for those taking this course, and if your professor tells you to write a rough draft so he/she can review it and help you add or take away details, take advantage of that. I cannot stress it enough.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She teaches amazingly, and the literature read in the class will stick with you for years to come. Once you step foot into her class you will never want to leave.

    Course highlights:

The course teaches you a lot about writing and rhetoric. There work can be hard but it helps improve your overall English skills.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, take notes and never skip out on studying for her quizzes or tests. Make sure to put time and effort into her essays because she takes her time reading your work.
