Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I 100% recommend this course because of the professor and I also think it's an important course to be an overall well rounded person. It shines a light on why some things may be the way they are in world. It's not a definite but it gives a suggestion.

    Course highlights:

I already knew we all have different customs and ways of living in the world, that we all have issues but I didn't really care about all that honestly. This course has helped me get a better understanding this and made my apathy go away. I feel like I understand the world and its workings a little bit better now.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Personally, it was an overall easy course it's definitely not for slackers though. I had to put in serious time and work to succeed in the course as well as I did. I found the subject matter very interesting and the professor was beyond excellent in expressing how much of an important course it is. Her passion made it one the best classes I've taken thus far.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor helps students communicate with one another to take them out of their comfort zone. I believe the material that is supposed to be taught in a Sociology course could not be better explained than from someone who has personal experience and examples to provide.

    Course highlights:

I learned to accept another person's culture and to eliminate stereotypes. Most of the time our society is not as accepting as it can be; however, the professor helped us be more understanding towards others.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to not be overwhelmed when you receive all the information about the course on the first day. It does seem like a lot of work, but it is nothing too difficult. The class overall is very fun, the professor is very interested in the topic, and you learn a lot of fascinating material.
