Pretty easy, overall.
An extremely straightforward class. Professor Cronin provides the lecture powerpoint to students on the class page, and he lectures directly with the powerpoint. He grades attendance via participation which also counts for accuracy. The exams are reasonable and fair, questions are taken directly from the lecture presentations. Shouldn't be too hard of a class for anyone.
Professor Cronin taught the material that he thought was interesting and exciting to learn. He is a major traveler, volunteer, biologist, and easy guy to listen to his lectures. He highlighted his studies and research work along side the course materials. Very minimal homework.

Advice for students:
Go to lecture and take notes on his presentation slides and you will be set for the class. All test questions can be found in his class lecture materials.
