Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it allows us as citizens to make more informed decisions about our government.

    Course highlights:

I have not begun this course yet but I'm sure I will learn a lot.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay organized! Even if it seems tedious to make a list or cross things off it will save you time, stress, and may impact your grade more than you think.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This great thing about this class overall is that you have multiple choices in terms of topics for paper assignments. So odds are you will like what you are studying.

    Course highlights:

Professor Dershem-Bruce was patient and was great with communication (it is an online class), the final project teaches you a lot about your own community.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I took this course at the beginning of my college career, so I spent a lot of time on this class, that would not be the case now. My advice is to stay organized, time management is a must for an online class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Jeff is great at explaining hard topics, and really encourages conversation and communication over the typical lecture environment.

    Course highlights:

I loved the Supreme Court part of the course. Pretending to be on the court and writing a paper as a justice really allowed me to grasp the intricacies of the ruling.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read! In order to understand the topics and how they relate to one another, you really need to read and be active in class discussions.
