I learned a lot of different equations. I liked to learn about interest rates and loan information. It was nice being able to compute how this information and have an understanding of the numbers that goes into this.

The biggest thing is following the equations and double checking your work. It is very easy to get lost in the equation, and one mistake with totally change your answer

    This class was tough.

I recommend this course because understanding statistics is essential to thinking scientifically.

I learned a lot about sampling methods, binomials, probability distributions, and how to correctly test hypothesis with a certain level of significance. My favorite part was by far hypothesis testing!

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, you will need to dedicate a few hours per day to reading the text book and lesson plans. I suggest asking questions when you need clarification and doing your best to truly understand concepts rather than just memorize steps.
