    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It is really quite motivating and makes me want to exercise and create a fit lifestyle for myself! the professor is really helpful and nice and applies the reading to our outside lives and workouts we do together. It could be updated to use more technological equipment but otherwise I like attending, especially for a required class.

    Course highlights:

    I gained an understanding of the importance of my fitness and lifestyle including diet and exercise habits. Not only that, but I learned specific ways to improve the way I work out and safe positions to gain muscular strength and abilities.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Since it is required you do have to take it. it is easy but still apply yourself and study the material for the midterm!
