This class was tough.
This class is very interesting class and you will learn a lot about how the body moves, especially during exercise. The professor is very knowledgeable and will assign work that will only help you grasp each concept to a greater degree.
The highlights were that it is very interesting, you learn a lot, and you can apply the material to any health field you go into. I learned about the different joints of the body, the muscles, and the movements of both.
