Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because it is dual enrollment. Taking a college class early while getting a high school credit is the best of both worlds! Also, the class teaches different writing skills and strategies. Yes there is a lot of work involved, but if you stay on task it is a breeze. In all, take dual enrollment English 101 because it is worth it!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were Friday presentations. Every Friday group of students presents a current event to the class. They analyze the writing strategies used and ask questions that lead into a class discussion. It is a way for the class to get involved and enjoy the learning of English.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell a student to stay on task if they were considering this course. The work is moderate to hard and new assignments are given daily.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course has helped me further my writing skills. The teacher makes the assignments fun and easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

There was a lot of research! We could choose what topics we wanted (within some borders) and we did a lot of group work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of due dates! Do not procrastinate! The projects are usually long and there is plenty of time to get it done in that time frame.
