Not too easy. Not too difficult.

He was personal, understanding, and overall a great instructor. His classes were filled with discussion, ranging from racial issues to political flaws.

The highlight of ENG 111 with Dr. Nolan Belk was that he never thought strictly by a book. He always instigated conversation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest taking notes but also listening and engaging in the present conversation during class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a requirement for a reason. The writing skills that I have learned in this class are some of the most valuable skills that I will learn throughout college.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class for me, was being able to do peer reviews on our essays before we turned in the final copy. Your peers can be one of your most valuable assets. They will be able to point out mistakes and gaps in your story that you could have looked over 100 times.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important skill you need to succeed in this class, is to not procrastinate. You have more than enough time to complete the assignment, but if you put it off until the day it's due, your grade could suffer.
