    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you have Mr. Welker as a freshman then you most likely would hate him. But as a senior about to graduate I can tell you that he is a very good teacher. This is my second year having him and he has taught me a lot about biology. Because of this class I want to pursue a biology major in college.

    Course highlights:

We just finished studying evolution and about Darwin's work. That was one of the highlights of the semester and we are moving on to digestion and absorption which is actually a lot more interesting than it might sound.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be willing to put in at least some work in order to get a good grade. His grading system is different than most teachers but once you get used to it, it is a fair;y good system.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

You have to take biology. There's no working around it. Depending on who you are, you may or may not enjoy it.

    Course highlights:

I liked watching movies on genes and diseases as well as our personal lab.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Annotate your textbook and thoroughly color the packets.
