Pretty easy, overall.
This course has really taught me a lot on how to treat my body better in a more easy to understand way. The professor is very encouraging and writes feedback on your projects. It definitely is an easy A and its a very easy pace to work with as I am doing it all online. You will really start to change how you feed yourself after taking this class.
I learned how to track my calories and actually understand food labels. Learned that meal prepping really does help with a busy life.
