    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to anyone who is a fan of science. Dr. Doyle does a great job of explaining everything in detail and the course gives you a better perspective of even the smallest living organisms.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was looking at every organism through a microscope and seeing the beauty of the molecular world.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Have note cards and take notes on everything!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is full of different topics that are very fun to learn! The teacher makes each topic interesting so that it is impossible to get bored. He is always there to help you if need be and will always answer your questions no matter how silly they seem

    Course highlights:

I learned about all the different domains and the kingdoms inside them. Each chapter deals with a new level of the living world, all the way from domain to order to species. It was amazing learning how different all the living creatures are from each other. I think the most exciting was fruit day in lab, where we got to see the different groups that fruits are put into and we got to eat them while in lab!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend reading each section thoroughly. It is important to notate the small differences between each group you study, since that will be what your tested on. It is mostly a memorization class, but I had a great time learning each subject. As long as you pay attention to what Dr Doyle tells you you need to know and study it, this course is a easy and fun class.
