    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Everyone needs to take this even if you have worked in a restaurant.

    Course highlights:

    It was a great introduction to the course, the basic fundamentals.

    Talk with your classmates, ask for help when you need it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    He was stern but I learned a lot. I would reccomend this class to anyone. It is a required class though, so you have to take it no matter what.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to braise and roast in great detail. Also, we made some of the best sauces I have ever had in my life. It was a great learning experience.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study study study. Listen to what the chef says and take lots of notes or else it is hard to be successful.

    Course Overview:

    It's a great class and benefits you in your everyday life style.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the basic cooking ways and food safety. Temperature danger zone is very important in all foods especially raw meat.

    Focus on your career goal and prove that you are wanting to learn. Focus on your career and keep your grades up.
