Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Learning how to work with chocolate is fun and challenging. I never worked with chocolate before so it is really interesting to know how to temper chocolate and how to make chocolate that is smooth and tasty.

    Course highlights:

I learnt how to temper with chocolate and how to make chocolates in different forms. You learn that chocolate is really sensitive to heat and light. It brought out my creative side because we had to make an amenity box out of chocolate.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Always listen to your professor and do not forget to ask if you have any questions. Be kind to your fellow classmate and help them out. In return, they will help you out as well. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't get it right the first few times.
