    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Pretty simple, and easy to apply.

    Course highlights:

    I Loved Chef Busch, he showed us how to properly temper chocolates, and not to mention how delicious they were.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Don't stress out about the amenity box, it is pretty simple.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class was the most fun I ever had and it gave students the chance to be creative as well.

    Course highlights:

    In this course I learned how to make chocolate truffles with perfectly tempered chocolate. The highlight of this course for me was creating my own truffle recipe.

    Advice for students:

    Bring a tide pen for your chef whites.

    I would recommend this course because as a baker or wanting to own a bake shop so you can make speciality chocolates for special holidays and events.

    Course highlights:

    I learn all you need to know about making chocolates and candies.

    The advice that I would give to students considering this course is to pay very close attention and to take really good notes during the lab.
