Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a fun and eye-opening class. Really informative and teaches you about interest rates, the Federal Reserve, and money.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about economics and why our economic system is the way it is. I learned the key concept of economics: "Unlimited wants with scarce resources." I now know why the Federal Reserve acts the way it does and the consequences of its actions.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Attend the lectures. Taking notes is the key to success in this class as there are no other ways to get notes online. If you pay attention in class and take notes, it's easy to ace the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Kumar is very knowledgeable about the subject matter and clearly enjoys teaching. I felt that he taught the material at just the right pace. He went fast enough that we managed to cover a lot of stuff, but I never felt overwhelmed or that things were moving too fast. He also added a lot of great insight beyond what the textbook said.

    Course highlights:

I really gained a good understanding of what al the different aspects of the economy are. The class went beyond simply defining what terms like "raising interest rates" and "recession" meant and actually explored the economic and mathematically reasons behind them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't expect this class to be an easy A. It's certainly not difficult, but you do actually have to read the book and take notes in class. You can't put in half effort.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was online but completely self paced. Also all the answers are word for word online or in the book. The layout on Canvas was super easy to follow too. You can easily complete this class within days, either at the beginning or end of the semester!

    Course highlights:

There is no guessing game in this course. As long as you get it done and apply yourself and use your resources you can definitely get a good grade. Just don't procrastinate and fall behind.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need structure don't take this course. If you are self disciplined then this is definitely a course for you.
