    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Great class. It sets the tone for whats to come with course work and future classes and it is a prerequisite.

    Course highlights:

    Gary Ward is a phenomenal instructor who knows the industry since he worked in the industry.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the work. This is a foundation class you'll reference this class in the future and keep your notes.

    Course Overview:

    I loved this class, it taught me about the career that i am going into, all of the basics and information that i will need in my future. I definitely recommend this course if you are going into the hospitality field.

    Course highlights:

    I learned what hospitality is, why it is important and how we will use the information that we learned in our future careers. I loved that the teacher took the information and gave us insight on some of her adventures througout hospitality.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    The textbook is your friend, all of the information for the homework , study guides and test is in the book. Make sure to read the chapters and the questions after each chapter.
