    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Physiology was a challenge for me. There was so much to learn in such a short amount of time. It was packed with datails that I absolutely had to know. It felt like an AP class! The teacher graded harshly, so everything had to be in tip-top shape. This is most helpful for those who want to pursue a career in the medical field, you're guaranteed a great head start!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to utilize all the resourced I knew of. I also gained great study habits, which I continue to use as I continue my education. The best thing about this class was the thoroughness of the course. Every body system was covered in great detail. It helped me decide my career path, also! The work was both hands on and rigorous, so there was absolutely no slacking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate! Also, every point matters, so do every assignment fully and correctly to the best of your ability. Dont give up, either! The work may pile up, but push through because the grade is worth your hard work.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would reccomend this only to those who REALLY want to take this course. It is fun in the sense that you get to learn about the functions of your human body, but it is also not fun in the sense the teacher will not hesitate to bombard you with loads of home work AND classwork. I managed to pass this course with a C and by the time second semester came, there quite a few who dropped the class.

    Course highlights:

The labs were pretty fun and Ms.Fletcher would also invite some of the students to her biotech class field trips. Learning more about the science behind the body was also pretty fun (she even had us take notes off of some Biochemistry videos)

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class ONLY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO. Be prepared to stay up late doing Mrs. Fletcher's homework AND ESPECIALLY her tests (had to stay up until 3 am for those). Do not let yourself slip. If you do, you will inevitably continue to slip. Do not be afraid to speak up to Mrs. Fletcher, either. She may be intimidating at times, but speak up. It will SAVE YOU, AND your grade.
