Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You may not want to get in the computer science field, but in today's job market almost every career requires the use of a computer and the skills to use one. This class is perfect for everyone to get hands on practice to be proficient in basic computer knowledge.

    Course highlights:

Learning Microsoft Office is the best part. Learning all the formulas for Excel was tough, but once you understand it, it's simple and very useful. Another application that was very useful was Access. Access can be used for customer information input.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In this course, it is strongly advised to ask questions when in the lab portion of the class. There is a lot of information being thrown at you from a computer. Aside from the basic assignments handed out, you should practice on your own to perfect Microsoft applications.
