    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is one of the best classes I have taken. It opened my eyes to the other side of math other than the geometry and algebra aspect that I've been taught throughout all my years as a student. It taught the reasoning behind the answer and what it means. It's very word based more than math based because you are taught fully what each question is asking and how to approach it.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the final project we had to do in which we got to perform our own test out in the real world. I created a taste test and had to identify if the results we got statistically proved our hypothesis was correct.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn how to use your calculator. There are many steps in order to get to the right answer and without the proper use of the calculator, it is near impossible to get the correct answer.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Fanelli is a great teacher. She makes it fun and connects it to every day situations. It's not a difficult course, but it is necessary for everything in the real world and like every college major requires a Stats class anyway. It would get it out of the way.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of conducting, reading, and evaluating surveys and studies. She teaches you not to trust unreliable data and how to read reliable data. We had a lot of laughs during the year

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work. She cracks down heavy on homework she assigns. Also, correct your work. Use the answer keys to correct your work. She will mark off points if you don"t correct your work. Finally, play attention in class. The book sometimes doesn't explain things as well as she does.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this because it provides students with a psychology, science, and math based course. It gives you a different perspective on every day things as well as increases your need for knowledge. Also it provides you with new knowledge about many things around you that you were not aware of because it involves so much real world examples and questions to answer.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was finding the probabilities of certain things happening. I learned many things throughout the year like being able to compare and solve problems through numeral as well as categorical data.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly advise students to take this course. However when taking this course you must study and do practice work outside of the classroom. I also highly recommend constantly asking questions if you are every confused because trying to teach yourself is much more difficult and you might even teach yourself something that is not exactly right.
