    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Writing is helpful in so many more ways than one might think. This course gave me skills that I not only used on the AP exam but also throughout my high school career. It also give you new perspectives on how to properly analyze text and subject.

    Course highlights:

    From this course I learned how to analyze and reflect on text. It also armed me with new vocabulary and the abililty to properly structure my essays.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Manage your time and be sure to pay attention to the Word Bank and SAT vocabulary as it will help you in the near future.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    AP English Language and Composition is a great course that appeals to the inner writer in all of us. From understanding the best ways to write essays and the rhetorical devices that are hidden behind argumentative pieces, this course offers exemplary aid in expanding your handle of the english language.

    Course highlights:

    Although AP testing is undoubtedly one of the most stress-inducing results of an AP class, preparing for the test was done very comfortably as it starts from the moment you first step in Ms. Naudin's class. From taking practice multiple choice and full on mock tests, I was able to improve my standards substantially and enjoyed seeing my scores constantly rise up. By the time I finished the AP test I knew I killed it and months later I learned of my score of 5.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take this course! Ms. Naudin is a wonderful teacher and her class does way more than prepare you for a test. I guarantee you will become a more creative writer from her teaching methods which involve little homework (no one likes homework). Additionally improving your capability of writing is a critical skill for life and one to be proud of.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is highly recommended for any student that would like to deal with a rigorous yet extremely effective English class. There is simply nothing like it and you will not regret any minute of it.

    Course highlights:

    I am currently still in this course, as the school year just started, and I am already noticing an increase use of sophisticated vocabulary that slips into my daily conversations with family and friends; it is very helpful to take this course and a crucial way to become an extremely talented writer and an excellent reader.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed, you truly need to read the books you are assigned to read. This course is unlike any other, especially with the tests. They're all created by Ms. Naudin herself, therefore they are very unique and extremely descriptive. It will all be worth it in the end and you will definitely be college ready.
