    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor fosters a great environment for his students, and interacts with them individually. He makes the coursework very hands on and makes sure everyone is at least proficient before moving on to a new topic.

    Course highlights:

I became very proficient in data analysis, writing formal reports, making thorough graphics, and doing work in a programming environment. Since this course is a requirement for all math majors, I grew to know the classmates I will be spending the rest of my academic career with.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to learn a lot about LaTeX, and be willing to ask questions. Not many students have any experience with this language coming in, so you have to be prepared to research outside of class a bit and practice a lot to master it.
