    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class over all is definitely difficult and it is an absolute MUST to study outside of lecture. Dr. Stodden knows the material extremely well, but sometimes has difficulty teaching it to his student.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Stodden is very nice and is always willing to help you if you are in need of help, as long as it is during his office hours. I learned everything I missed in Chemistry 1, as well as much more! I also learned this is an amazing place to make friends because usually the class is lost together and most students will need study buddies!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend all of the lectures and pay close attention, as he "dumbs things down" and tells you what he expects on quizzes, exams, etc. Be sure to read the textbook and do ALL optional homework; it will really help you. Practice the math problems until you cannot anymore and study concepts in the book. Be sure to utilize your classmates and make friends because in all likelihood you will appreciate the extra brainpower when you are stumped on a topic.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Alot of math and formula so if you are good in math i highly recommend it

    Course highlights:

I learned to look outside the box from a mathematical and scientific point of view especially in this course as math plays a big role in it. It makes you look at formulas an scientific concepts from a numerical perspective which is refreshing for a student in a biology major

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study an keep on top of your formulas
