Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is not only kind, but displays the course information in multiple ways so that every student will understand the topic at hand. He encourages students to think and do problems in ways that make sense to them rather than forcing one method upon all students.

    Course highlights:

This course teaches students many useful mathematic problem solving skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your homework, do it every night!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Not your ordinary math class, bends your mind in ways you never thought possible. the difficult questions keep you on your toes and ready for whatever question you might face next.

    Course highlights:

BC Calculus has taught me to learn math in a different way. Memorizing how to do a problem is not the answer, but understanding how to do the problem is. A small, but crucial difference.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not be afraid to seek help. Quite often the whole class, including the teacher will work on a problem together. Struggling through the material will only lead to a growing snowball of problems down the road.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was a more in depth course than Calculus AB and went into detail as to different solutions and processes to find solutions. The teacher was kind and understood how to explain the subject in a way the student would understand.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was transitioning from AB topics into BC topics; you became challenged and really had to think your way through different problems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete or attempt the homework every single night; this seems tedious but in the long run it allows for a better understanding of the wide variety of topics.
