    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I think this was a wonderful class that will educate you greatly about the history around the world. It goes in depth from the beginning of time to modern society and is extremely interesting.

    Course highlights:

I love learning about culture all around the world and how societies differ not only throughout time but different regions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Continue to read the textbook and do not solely rely on notes taken from class lectures. Also it is never to early to start studying for the ap test! Ethel Wood is a gift.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In this course you get to learn all about the ways the world worked in the past socially, politically, the impact the people had on the environment, culturally, and economically.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is that you learn really in depth about the history of countries we all know and how they were structured as societies. You learn about how people back then similarly to people now had governments, social order and had philosophies similar to the people of the 21st century.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The way I succeeded was writing down notes in class and understanding the context of the notes. Never being afraid to ask questions because there is no such thing as a dumb question, if you need clarity it is best to understand the course than to fall behind because you didn't ask a question. Finally, I went in for extra help when I needed it because it really got me to understand all the information I needed to pass the course and AP exam.
