    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

School is all about challenging your way of thinking. This course forces you to push you limits, and really pay attention to what is said in class and what you read in the book. ITs not all hard work though, there are many projects and games that you play as a class to help remember the content. There is a lot of homework, but the class it supposed to prepare you for college. It does a great job of doing so.

    Course highlights:

I have gained the ability to study predominately from a textbook. In most other classes the teacher is there to teach you the content of the class, that was no the case. In this class you have to learn most of the content on your own. In college your teachers aren't going to spoon feed you the knowledge. This class taught me how to feed myself that knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your reading notes. They take a long time, and they are boring to have to do, but they will help a lot when it comes to taking the tests. The UPUSH crash course videos are also a huge help when it comes to studying. Doing the study groups, not only allows you to hang out with friends, but you also get extra credit for it, so do them.
