    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Its a really great course if you are interested by the history of Europe, this would be a really good class for you! The teacher is amazing and his lectures are funny and interesting. Gruber is also very good at making himself available to help you in whatever way he can. He really really wants you to succeed.

    Course highlights:

You learn about the different eras of European history, and the governmental systems they chose. You watch some films about different time periods but the class is primarily lecture based.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! this class is very self driven. There is little to no homework so its up to the student to study. The best way to keep up in this class is to read the pages the teacher plans to lecture on the next day. That way his lecture will seem like review and you will be able to answer questions, and contribute to the conversation. Also he talks a lot and you don't want to miss information he is saying because you are copying down every word. If you read the chapter before the lecture and miss a few things he lectures on it wont be the end of the world.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class takes a lot of hard work and dedication. If you're willing to put in the effort and earn an A, it is definitely worth it. If not, consider taking another class.

    Course highlights:

Learning about ancient royalty and how queens and kings rule really interested me. I learned a lot about different historical wars and what came out of those battles. The cirriculum really helped my knowledge of world history and the events that brought us to today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This class requires the students to really pay attention and be able to comprehend lots of information. It is history, so you don't necessarily have to grasp concepts but being able to connect key historical events will really help you in this corse. The writing for the AP exam can be challenging at first, but going back and taking note or asking a teacher what you can do better next time in your analysis can be really helpful; it shows you right away what you did wrong and what you can do differently next time.
