    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As difficult and rigorous as this course was, it taught me crucial skills such as: always being on time unless you will miss out on crucial information, and being sure to study and understand any and all information given because you never know what you'll be tested on. From this course I was able to obtain a new level of knowledge of Biology that will help further my career in Sports Medicine, Overall, this course was highly effective and helpful.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the labs we performed every week. These labs helped us understand the information being taught better because we got to see for ourselves the cause and effect of many procedures. I noticed what helped me learn best was the manual/guide given to us at the beginning of the course that clearly labeled and laid out the procedure of every experiment, making it simpler to follow and understand the content at the same time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would offer to students considering enrolling in this course is to ask as many questions as possible. It is very easy to get behind in this course even if you miss just one lab considering you have quizzes after every lab performed. Make sure you understand the content and process of every experiment and be able to explain it. Ultimately, enjoy the course. Their are many labs that are interesting and useful to real life situations.
