    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend because he is an awesome professor. His class was simple. All he expected was to turn in your essays on time and follow the format. Nothing too difficult.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the discussion. You receive feedback from your classmates and professor which lead to funny comments. I learned that writing is not difficult as you may think.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All you have to do is do the work and turn them on time. It's just all writing which is simple. Your topic should be something that you truly value. If you enjoy your topic, you can simply write about with no difficulty.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was really boring for an English course. The professor gave you a lot of busy work and I was well beyond the level of English I was being taught in this course. However, if you are looking for an easy class this is the class for you!

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite parts of the class was being able to right a fictional story as one of the graded essays. I learned about more details regarding the three appeals and was able to apply this knowledge to my essays.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't let the rough patch of poetry in the middle of the course knock you off the fun parts of the writing in this course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a necessary class for all majors but the thing you need to do is find the right professor- otherwise it is just not the same. English teachers, all of them, teach differently. If you can find one or know of one who incorporate a lot of different aspects to English- then you are golden.

    Course highlights:

I learned a significant amount about research which has further helped me along my major. Writing is everything so it is important to take the class seriously.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work and get it done on time.
