Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course. It was a lot of work having it be a condensed summer course, but it was self fulfilling and well work my time. I took it as an online course and really enjoyed how the teacher got us to interact even though we never meet in person.

    Course highlights:

There was a lot of talk about how you need to wait for clients to make their own decision and that little steps toward health are better than no steps. There were a lot of really good articles on health and dieting that we read.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are going to school for health or nutrition, put in the time because this class will be very important to your pursuit of those careers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'm studying human nutrition and really enjoy anything that consists of Nutrition. This course in particular really understand how nutrition works in our bodies and how the body processes the nutrients needed to work properly and healthy.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much! One of the many things I learned that has stayed with me on a daily basis is the importance of getting the daily necessary calorie intake needed to stay energized. I used to struggle with weight management myself so this really eased my mind.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and Taking notes about each chapter is key. I was fortunate enough to be able to use notes during testing but regardless it was a timed test and it was really important that I was able to attain past information to make my testing easier.
