Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

was a fun and interactive course. teacher was kind and intelligent, but there were times that she taught us no matter if it was a mistake or no matter the excuse, art had to be taken care of and completed, no taking the easy way out.

    Course highlights:

I learned to push and strive to open my boundaries and step outside my comfort zone. I remember stressing and laboring over my artwork and receiving honest criticism on my pieces. though the criticism was tough to take at times it always helped and that's when I learned to listen to my fellow students and teacher about what they could envision for my artwork and help my imagine the possibilities that can be achieved with a little inspiration.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

read your chapters in the book because they have vital information that she quizzed on to make sure students would do their work. be open minded and don't cut yourself down no matter what idea comes to mind for the project topic.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very informative and very easy to learn how to draw, even if you are new to it

    Course highlights:

The charcoal vanitas drawings were probably some of the students best works. It was also interesting using charcoal to draw.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Practicing drawing skills is really helpful for getting through this course. Also being able to take criticism, since your work will be judged in front of the class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She was a great teacher and she let us explore all of the different types of 2D Art. She was a rally picky grader though and when she explained why she gave a low grade it didn't really make sense.

    Course highlights:

I learned different technicians with different forms of art. Such as charcoal, paint and cut paper projects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to spend some money on a lot of materials.
