Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it travels into the depths of the history of America, helping us to learn from our mistakes, but also encouraging us to be the best citizens we can be today.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the readings and the prep for the AP test. I learned how to manage my time wisely from this course and that procrastination definitely has repercussions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading guides, research anything you're not sure in the textbook or a trustworthy site, and make sure you're hands are ready to write!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because the class and instructor were both good resources. I learned a lot of new information based on America's history that I never knew before. It feels good to know more about the country in which I live.

    Course highlights:

I learned the many battles and wars that have lead to where we are today. Knowing what each president did to serve the country of the U.S was definitely a highlight.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters in the book.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course had more topics to go over other than what happened in the past. Other subjects such as politics, economics, and literacy were tied in which made it harder to remember everything.

    Course highlights:

The nice thing about this course is that you learn how to quickly read and find the important information rather than closely reading each sentence to see if it's relevant.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

learn all the chapter's vocabulary or key terms before you read the chapter itself. These are what are most tested, the textbook just helps reinforce them. That way if you are struggling read the book, you will be safe on the test if you already know the key terms.
