    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it due to the amount of rigor in the course. As a Sophomore taking the course, I was able to engage in a class that was both demanding and educational. Although I personally didn't appreciate taking history classes before high school, taking AP World History allowed me to open my eyes more to things that I had thought to be horrible. Another thing this course did for me was also set a bar in terms of standards. Everything from procrastination to even my handwriting exponential changed for the better. Now as a Junior, my skills I had adapted for AP world history is now helping me in my hectic schedule.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you will have groups that you will never like to be in, but you must persevere and continue on. Another thing that was the highlight of the course was also the many countries that I had never thought existed. It was simple Europe to me or even Africa. My limited knowledge in the world was open to so much culture and trends.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Never procrastinate. Always participate when the opportunity is given to you. When it comes to test, make sure to UNDERSTAND not just memorize the concepts. It does nothing to help you when it comes to the AP test.
