    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend it. The class broadens your understanding in literature. You're able to see books and other readings in a whole new light. Through this course essay writing and analyzing readings has become so much easier.

    Course highlights:

The Socratic seminars and group projects were the highlights of the course. The Socratic seminars kept the students engaged and it was a lot of fun hearing others opinions on the piece. The group projects were always different. Engaging with different groups of people and it was always a different assignment.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say go for it. It's a tough class but a great experience. It's worth the effort and struggle. In the end you don't regret taking the class at all.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class taught me to keep up on my schoolwork and not to fall behind. It is a lot of work, a lot of books to read and annotate, however I feel confident in going to college now.

    Course highlights:

The teacher, Dr. P, is charismatic, honest, funny, and helped me through my journey to college. I loved the books we read, and the in depth class discussions, some brought up and questioned our morals or view on society. My respect for literature grew exponentially.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have a good work ethic. Read the books, they can teach you a lot. The effort you put into this will show in the end.
