This class was tough.
If your major requires a higher level of chemistry, then this is a perfect start. It teaches you the basics of chemistry and is very informative. Along with the lecture I also had to take a lab with it. Doing that it helped understand the chapter we went over the previous day. Throughout the semester I learned about every scientific law possible. I learned or bettered my knowledge on moles and molecular mass. I learned converting one thing to the next. Even though I came into the semester with more knowledge of chemistry than other students, the course was still hard and required a lot of my attention. Chemistry in my opinion is like learning another language; you don't learn it over night. It takes work and patience to understand and grasp chemistry.
I took chemistry my senior year of high school. doing that I had a prior background knowledge of the course, which made grasping certain ideas easier than most. Throughout the course I had to take online homework assignments, one named Mastering Chemistry, the other named Aleks.
