    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the way that Mr. Wind teaches is so interactive and involved and it makes sense. I really enjoyed going to class everyday and it made my senior year so great and so fun to be in a class like this.

    Course highlights:

I learned about all of the branches of government and lobbyist and the constitution. I also learned about my civil liberties vs my civil rights and how the media influences people. I learned about the united states voting system and how it works especially having this class during election season was very helpful to understand these key terms.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say take notes but also don't just have your head down in your notebook be involved in the discussion the class will be way more fun. I would also say look over his power points before going into tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because you learn how our democratic government works, the electoral college, and the election. Government teaches you about some things you'll find useful later on in life.

    Course highlights:

I've gained insight onto what amendments apply to certain laws, How the supreme court system runs, What roles the democratic government holds, and types of governments.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Understand how to apply your study tools to your notes, study, and complete your assignments such as reviews into great deal so that you will do well on you essay/short response questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Learning about American government is fun and interesting. It's definitely a lot of work, but it pays off, knowing more about the political system in which we live.

    Course highlights:

I've learned that government is a lot more complicated and divided than we would like. I found out a lot about how Congress works as well as how the Supreme Court views court cases.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters, definitely. Also, make sure you have a good understanding of the meaning behind specific facts.
