    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it allowed me to be able to write three consecutive essays in under two hours. This is something that I am not only using now but will also be useful when I go off to college.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights during the year was reading the Great Gatsby and Huckleberry Finn. I never was an avid reader, you would not find me reading in my spare time, but I throughly enjoyed and was captivated by these books. During the year I gained a vast new vocabulary, learned many new words like dogmatic and asceticism, that ended up improving my essays.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that you should study the vocabulary that you get during the summer even though there are over 100 words you will use all of them on later tests in the year.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Very much like a college course. If you do the work he assigns and take it seriously you'll get an amazing score on the AP Exam. If you slack off that's your choice.

    Course highlights:

Great reccomended readings. Learned tons about how to write essays.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it seriously, but don't stress.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it helps one grasp the ideas and symbols of the literature and give a detailed explanation of what the idea or symbol is being interpreted as in the literary work.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the plays/novels that we would have to watch in class and then write about a certain prompt given to us by Mr. Berman that is relavent to what we watched.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to pay attetion during the plays/novels that we watch in class, do not procrastinate on reading assignments nor on the writing assignments given that are given as homework and winter-break work.
