Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is a great way to understand our complex government and all of its branches in depth.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course is the teacher. He takes a boring subject and makes it fun and easy to understand. He is funny and you can tell that he genuinely loves his job.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course because it is one of the easier APs to take in high school.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because Mr. Henges is an excellent teacher and he really cares about his students.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about how the government (specifically Congress and the Presidency) work together to share the power over the citizens.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take really good notes in the powerpoint lectures!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was so informative and applicable to the real world. I took it during the 2016 general election, so we were learning about everything that was unfolding before our eyes every day. Everyone in the country has to participate civilly at some point in their life, so the things you learn will be useful to you.

    Course highlights:

We participated in a mock presidential election, mock Congress and mock Supreme Court to learn about the inner workings of each.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The "quizzes" should be treated and studied for as if they are tests. They are actually more difficult than the tests because they include essay questions.
