Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is very engaged and makes learning easier in that you see he is willing to work with you no matter what.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from this course was the ability to manage my self as an academic student because it was an AP class and even though I did not pass the test I learn what it takes to be a high caliber student.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To go for it since it is rare you get this level of quality education in this school let alone an AP class because this teacher cares and is very diligent with your education.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class. Even though I wasn't the best student, it taught me so much.

    Course highlights:

One of the best things I learned was how to take Cornell notes, it's a huge pain in the moment but it's definitely worth it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be dedicated to do this course. It takes a lot more will power then you'd think.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many students don't know our own countries history which is sad. The course is great but so is the teacher. Mr. Gallegos makes the class understandable but lets the student take the reins of the class. He doesn't make the class elementary but forces the students to read and study on their own. I wish I had learned how to take notes and how to read the text books of the course because in the beginning I was lost but I then I found the rhythm of the class which led me to pas the class with an A.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I learned more about the current events that happened my junior year. Before I took this course I had no interest in politics but because of the class and the students I took it with a spark was ignited. History has never been my strong subject but Mr. Gallegos showed us about westernization and why WW1 was stared. Certain things like that he had an acronym for, and it stuck in my head.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course because if you enroll in a regular course the curriculum doesn't go as far back as this AP course does. Make sure to read the book and follow his syllabus or you will fall behind.
