Pretty easy, overall.
This course was good to take for someone completely new to managing people. However, most of it was common sense people skills. It did not require much work, and most of the homework and quizzes were done in groups. At first I didn't like that, but it was direct experience working along side with others and applying things we learned in class!
The best part about this course was the professor. He was very informative, reasonable, and always willing to listen to students' questions. Overall he was a great resource for information about not only human resources, but careers in general. I learned a lot about resumes and what companies are looking for when hiring employees.

Read the chapter before class, even if you only have a chance to skim it. It really helps with the quizzes since not everything is covered in the slides.
