    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It will be difficult if you do not start putting your full effort into the assignments starting from the summer work.

    Course highlights:

I learned that without a good use of your time, fitting this class into your schedule will be difficult.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use your time wisely, complete every assignment, you will not be able to get away with lousy work. In the end it will show on your grades.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because not only do you learn a lot but it helps prepare you for future courses.

    Course highlights:

I gained a much deeper understanding of the history of many countries in the world and how they develop and coexist. I also learned good note taking skills as well how to pace myself through the reading.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't give up. The first chapters are the hardest and the reading definitely takes determination.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course. AP World History is a good first AP course that lets students test their AP readiness for possible future classes, and personally I found the homework load manageable. There is quite a bit of work, but Mrs. Kenitzer is always willing to help and the peer tutors are there to assist as well. Overall this is an enjoyable and beneficial class.

    Course highlights:

Personally I enjoyed learning about most everything in the class - medieval Japan and World War 2 were highlights for me. I enjoy learning about history so this class was good for me. I enjoyed study sessions and the several activities we had in class, such as a speed dating game we played with historical figures.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to manage their time wisely. The course does come with quite a bit of homework - almost every night you will have something to do. It will take a longer time to do, but it isn't an impossible mountain to climb. If you keep at your outlines and packets the homework shouldn't take more than an hour and a half (depending on the length of the assignment).
