    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    For anyone that wants a great challenge, then this class is an amazing one to enroll in. The teacher is great, she thoroughly explains the lessons that are taught.

    Course highlights:

    The greatest skill that I’ve gained from this class is the ability to solve complicated problems. By constantly being presented with several difficult problems, calculus helped to grow these skills.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    My advice would be to communicate with your teacher. There will be times when questions will need to be asked in order to completely understand the lessons being taught.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This is a difficult course, but it increased my understanding of higher level math in a short period of time.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight in this course was learning about derivatives and when a function is differentiable or not.

    Although it may be tough, persevere by working hard even when the topic is difficult to understand.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because it is a good challenge for students wanting to expand their knowledge and improve study habits.

    Course highlights:

    An interesting part of this course was learning about how calculus is applied and utilized in many different jobs. This course will help students determine if they want to go into a math or calculus related career.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is critical that you understand the current topic the teacher is teaching before going on to the next. The different lessons in the class over lap and the skills learned in each lesson are used all throughout the course.
