    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It depends on how you look at it. I remember it as a whole lot of studying and memorization and then the tests would come and the questions were designed to lead you toward the wrong answer. How I saw it was a class teaching you how to take the AP test and I wasn't able to fully focus on the history itself. On the plus side, it is an AP test and you can get college credit for passing the AP test and a grade bump to help out your weighted GPA, that is, if you do well in the class

    Course highlights:

The main highlight of the course was the teacher Mr. Valentine. He was funny and very good at lecturing in that he kept it interesting and did everything he could to prepare us for tests. I did learn quite a bit about European history and even though it was a lot of information, quite a bit of it stuck with me. Since it is a year long course, We were able to cover the topics very thoroughly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend to really pay attention during class and study so you fully understand the information so then you will be able to understand the difficult test questions.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class. He makes it great and seems to care about his students. I took this class my sophomore year and am now a senior and he still calls me by name when he sees me.

    Course highlights:

I learned a ton about European history but I also learned how to take notes and what procrastinating a huge project will do to your grade. I learned how to write quick and thorough essays and felt generally more prepared for college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are going to take this course do not procrastinate make a plan on how much you are going to do each night and stick to it or else you will really regret it.
