    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is different then every other science class that starts with "What is matter?" I loved that it was something different and how you were learning about what makes up the body, the different processes that help your body function, and also getting to dissect different organs.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were dissecting organs and labs. With labs, we learned how to use the Scientific Method to investigate different problems and draw conclusions. All of the lab topics, helped further my knowledge in the subject and prepared me for the unit tests. Another highlight was dissecting organs such as the brain. With this, we were able to learn hands on, instead of simply coloring diagrams for homework. It was fun getting to see different parts of different organs and how they all work together to make your body function.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to always study nightly. It makes a huge difference in test grades rather than just studying the night before. Another tip is to always ask questions. Mr. Oz was so great about always answering questions and took your question even further to make you think.
