Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Mudd is the first face on campus that makes us feel like more than a statistic. He first comes off as fairly abrasive to make us feel like we've known him for years. Then he teaches us the logical processes of the general population to make students that can learn and analyze the world on their own; which naturally creates a better person.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Mudd is the freshman and the senior English teacher so because of this he very early on begins to prepare us for the International Baccalaureate the moment we enter sacred F101. He did this through taken on books that had a variety of content to analyze such as Heart of Darkness, Of Mice and Men, Lord of the Flies. He taught us how to analyze this novels and how to apply what we learned to the real world situations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Walk in everyday with a smile and be ready to discuss anything. Always do what he says. When you get the books just read them because you will have to anyway so you might as well power through it. Respect everyone because F101 is a sacred place and should be a place of respect.
