    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for everyone! I learned alot more than I ever had in any other history course I've taken. The book it self is great to read and very interesting.

    Course highlights:

I gained confidence in my writing and presenting skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take cornell notes, study at least 30 min a night, and read the chapters you are given not just read little summaries. It will help you in the long run.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course due to the fact that is very challenging. The teacher I had pushed us to do better and made the classroom warm and welcoming. She explained history in a way many teachers never had before. History has never been my strong suit but when taking this class it went more in debt of history. Out of the few history classes I have taken this was a course I learned alot from and really enjoyed coming to class everyday.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I gained confidence in my presentation skills being able to stand up in front of others and present things that went on in History that I once never even knew existed. Other than that I also learned more than I ever had in any history course I had taken the chapters answer questions that you always wondered about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you have to fully read the chapters you are given not just skip through them. Also taking cornell notes is very helpful, using highlighters, writing clear, and studying for at least 30 min a night will help you in class the next day when it comes to sharing circles and presentations.
